CEPNZ Webmaster
How does CEPNZ Webmaster Work References Sign up Now Alternatives Perhaps you just don't have the time to learn the "how to" or manage your own web site - The CEPNZ can act as your Webmaster and create a freely-hosted website for you on a free hosting service such as geocities.com or tripod.com using your content and then supply you with the access codes to carry on the development yourself when you do have the time to learn the rudiments. We will also provide you with a CD-ROM with the completed website coding for you to keep on completion!
All you need to do is supply the CEPNZ with the typed content and any photos or images that you would like (including all the page names, links, etc, that you would like and any email contact forms you wish to include) on a disk or CD-ROM and the CEPNZ will act as your Webmaster.
When the website is created we will send you back your original disk and also a CD-ROM with your webpages on it for your future reference or for you to use for a future website under your own administration.
When you want to update something on your website, just send the CEPNZ an email with your update and we will have it done within 48 hours, or show you how to do it yourself if you prefer.
The full CEPNZ Webmaster service can be provided to you from just $100 to $200.00 (payable in installments - see below) for a whole year (only $45 for subsequent years).
Let's run through the basics of how this works again:
- You complete the application form below.
- An invoice is emailed to you.
- The CEPNZ will then be expecting from you:
- Payment of the deposit to begin work for you ($50.00).
- A copy of all images you want to use on your website on a disk (CD or Floppy) or sent by email.
- A typed list of all the content you want on your website. Clearly mark each page that is to have its own web page linked from your index page (the first page that will be displayed on entering your website). Clearly mark the page that will become your index page - usually kept brief. We would prefer this to be provided in Word document, text or PDF format on a disk (CD or Floppy) but we will accept it on types A4 paper.
- Optional - provide a drawing of how you would prefer each page to be displayed and a list of any other functions you would like (eg. Javascript Menu, pop-up messages, coloured wording or backgrounds).
- The CEPNZ converts all the information into HTML format, creates a freely hosted website for you and uploads all the information to the website.
- We will email the website address to you for your comments and any alterations you would like.
- At the same time, the CEPNZ invoices you by email for the next $50 amount and while we await your payment, we make any further alterations you require.
- On receiving your payment the CEPNZ returns your original work and a copy of the created website on a CD-ROM for your reference and supplies you with a personalised, masked web site address in the format http://yourname.cepnz.co.nz or http://yourname.cepnz.com, you select, that can be used to view your new website. The CEPNZ will no longer own copyright on the created website and you are free to use the content we create in any way you wish (even take your business elsewhere!).
- From there on, you opt to either continue updating your own website (you change the username and password access to whatever you want - we'll show you how) and CEPNZ no longer has any means to access your site. OR, for the last $100.00 of our payment plan, the CEPNZ updates your website for you as you want to make changes throughout the year - all you need to do is email the CEPNZ with the changes you want to make and we act as your webmaster and update your site - this is NOT a compulsory option.

Fill in the form below, and the CEPNZ will email an invoice to you for $50 to begin work. Then post your content (as described above) and payment to CEPNZ, PO Box 20-616, Glen Eden, Auckland. If you prefer not to use the online form, simply post you details (as below), your content and deposit of $50 to the CEPNZ and we will acknowledge receipt by email and begin work for you.

NOTE: If you have selected the payment option by 'credit card through PayPal' you will be emailed a link to a secure online payment webpage to complete your transaction in NZ Dollars.
