Email a Parent

These forms are the examples of the real forms available upon purchase of the Truancy Resource Pack. These forms will not be submitted and will only display an error if tried! The links above will not work on this example page either.

From one of the forms below you can send a Standard or Personalised Email to a parent of an absent student.

These forms may be used from wherever you are without being at your main office. It may even be used by Truancy Officers or your dedicated Attendance Officer.

All form entries must be completed (only in the form you decide to use). The words in the comments field may be altered to suit your need. Complete the form and press the "Click Once to Send" button to transmit the email.
