Truant Reporting Form

For use by shop, business owner or general public:

If you suspect that you have found a truant student, please use the form below to report this student to their school's Attendance Officer who will advise on appropriate action. All information supplied will be kept strictly confidential between the CEPNZ and the school involved.

Use the "Select a School" menu to find and select the appropriate school to send your message. States are in red and towns/cities in blue. School names are in black. All listings are in alphabetical order.

If you do not know the name of the school or student, please give as much information as possible in the comments field (closest major school, description of student, estimated age).
