NZ$60.00Provided on one CD-ROM, the All-4-One programme is ideal for all teachers and staff and for students of all ages.
This resource is designed to help your school form a closer partnership with your local community and discover new ways for staff to support one another and for students to learn the essentials of team work and cooperation.
Introduction:
Although we are being told that we are officially out of the recession, we are still being faced with news and rumours of job losses, business closures and government cut-backs. Now is the best time to remind ourselves that the best way to overcome hardship is to work together. The worries of parents at home can be reflected in the morale and performance of their children in your school. Your students could be looking up to your school and your teachers for a sense of direction and consistency and if they find it there, they can take it home with them and therefore strengthen your community and school.
Your school is an integral part of your community and it is also a community within itself. This package is designed to help your students to learn the importance of co-operation and team work and show you how your school can pull together internally, support one another and strengthen its ties with the community through consultation and esprit de corps.
The CEPNZ was built upon the ideal that the development of good character within the individual leads to a better and happier life and this in turn leads to a safer and more productive community and society. The All-4-One resource is not about forcing moral codes onto others in any sense of the term but it provides guidelines on how all individuals within your school can learn how to work together and help each other at the same time as developing relationships that are productive and supportive of the objectives of your school, your teachers and your students.
Every individual is a part of another group made up of other individuals. A child is a part of a family. A students is a part of a class. A class is a part of a school and a school is a part of a community. This resource discusses the relationships between individuals (students, parents, teachers, staff) and the groups that they are a part of and how each of these parts can work together more effectively and also improve the progress of the individual and achieve the collective goals and desires of each group.
Contents:
Your CD is divided into two sections, one for teachers and staff and the other for your students. You can easily copy the student section from the CD for use on your internal network or any teacher can use it to combine with lessons they may be giving or print off for home study or a project they can work through with their parents.

All the lessons, projects and guidelines are also provided in Word and PDF format for printing from any system and some lessons are also provided in colourful PowerPoint presentations that students can work through themselves or shared in a class room.
